Still here..sort of!

Yes I am still alive. What has been happening?

Well I have been really busy and haven't had time to Blog or to read Blogs but here's a brief summary of where I am up to and what I have planned for 2007.

Lots of training for 6ft track and going out running most Sundays with a lovely group of guys that I have become very good friends with. All of the runners are from the Hills District Joggers and we have so much fun, you could hardly call it training.

Did the Black Stump run on New Years Day - That was a tough one but a great run.

Lots of training ahead still for 6ft and I am looking at doing my first Triathlon early in February. I have been swimming and cycling a fair bit but mostly concentrating on running and lots of hills.

Some target events for this year are: (Subject to change)

6ft Track
Warwick
PMC !!
C2S
Rottnest Is. Marathon
W2B
FFFTM

Phew!

Sounds like you been keeping busy GG. I like the looks of your goal races for this year, a nice variety in some great places.

It is great to see that Warwick has made the list, my favourite event and hopefully I will get to see you there.

Good luck with your 6ft training :-)

Remember to post again in December and let us know how 2007 went.

Just joking! It will be great to read your writing anytime...

I thought you might have taken up lawn bowls GG.

Glad to hear you're still running.

Taking up from what Geoff said... I'd be happy with two posts - 'the week before 6 foot' and 'after 6 foot'. See you there!

I can confirm I did see Go Girl at Black Stump 2 weeks ago. So she is still running. Good Luck with the goals Nat and I will see you at Six Foot or maybe Quarry Rd before then.

Nice to know you're still around and I'm not the only who has been AWOL from blogging. Good luck with all your goals for '07

I love the way you have quietly slipped PMC in. For those readers who don't know what this event is, it is a 96km road race from Gosford railway station to Sydney Opera House. Good luck with your 2007 goals. I look forward to reading about how you achieve them.

I've always wanted to run the Rottnest Island Marathon - I used to live there but wasn't into running long at the time.

Hope you get through your exhaustive list of races this year. Can't wait to see you at Warwick.

Good luck with the training in 2007.

You have picked some great races there Nat. Warwick!!!! How exciting. You will love it love it love it. And a triathlon, my goodness.

I heard a rumour you were doing PMC. I heard another rumour you may not be the only girl out there.

Now why isn't there an Iron Man on the list somewhere! :-)

That's a really serious list you have there, though I think that C2S will just be a recovery run compared to the rest. See you at the tri (if it's the one I'm thinking of).
