Hot, Hot, Hot!!
Another week of training done.
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 10km recovery run / 1hr swim
Wednesday: 19km Kellyville Ridge - M7 - return
Thursday: 10km including 10mins 100m sprints with 50m floats
Friday - Cycle - 1hr
Saturday: 8km Hilly run with Joggers group
83km for the week
Sunday: Quarry Rd with 11km Hornsby extension. 25km all up and totally, ridiculously hot!! Had a very cool runner join us this morning too : )

Another good week GG. After all this acclimatisation to the heat, it will probably be a foggy 14 degrees on the day!

Im waiting for the heat wave to hit here, we have all been gloating about the awesome cool(ish) summer we have had so far.

Sounds like Sydney was silly hot today. Dunno how you managed 25k in it.
