The Week
The week so far....
Monday - Run 45mins - slowly
I felt ok after the Sunday 18k run and I have noticed that the legs feel much better when you run slower : )
Tuesday - Run 20mins warm up then 4 hill reps at a slow pace and a sort of tempo run on the way home. Nothing too flash to report here. Swimming for 35mins in the evening.
Wednesday - Run 1hr, slow pace.
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Cycle - 1hr and swim 35mins and a visit to the Chiro.
The plan is to run some hills tomorrow and to do the SMC Half at a slow pace on Sunday.
